My g-grandfather was James Patterson, b. 5 Mar 1837 in Clark Co., IN,
married to Mary Eliza Gilliam in 1865 in Dubuque, IA, died 1917 in Keokuk,
IA. His parents are reported (not verified) to be Robert Patterson, b. 1790
in KY, married 1814 to Sarah Barnes, died 1844 (she died 1840). I would
like to locate this Robert Patterson and his family, so if anyone has any
information at all I would really appreciate hearing.
