The 1870 Dallas Co., AL census shows my line. Can anyone take this back
further or know this line?

Caledonia Age 28 Keeping House born in Mississippi
Charles Age 8 Born in Mississippi
Forrest Age 5 Born in Alabama
Ellen Age 3 Born in Alabama
Laura Age 2 Born in Alabama
(George Nelson was born the following year, 1871, and there must hav e
benn another daughter, Julia.)
I do not have access to any more censuses.
