Membership requirement: membership is open to anyone who can prove lineal
descent from an ancestor on, or before, the First Tax List of 1781 of
Washington County, Pa. A fee (?) is required with your request for the
generation forms and is not refundable. For this fee, the Washington County
Historical Society pledges to preserve your family's records, forever.
