I am a relatively new searcher from out of state. How do you get old birth
records (prior to 1906) from Washington Co. I sent to Orphans Court and
they responded with a letter giving me the hours they were open, they don't
have manpower to search. I then contacted an uncle in Washington Co and he
went to the courthouse for me. He went to Orphan's Court and also the
Library but was told they have no records. Where do I go from here?
