Dear List Members,
My daughter bought me a genealogy program for my birthday last year. I have
been putting in information all this time. Now I want to generate reports
and send them out by email to lists and family. I can generate reports, but
can't copy and paste to my email. Then I thought I might try to work the
web page feature. It worked, but I can't delete it or edit it or add to or
subtract from it. To make matters worse, the manuel does not address any of
these problems. Why am I not surprised at that ? Then to add insult to
injury, I found the web site for the program and have asked for tech help 3
times over the past 2 weeks for this problem and they never answer. The
program is Ultimate Family Tree Premier. Does anyone out there have this
program who is willing to help me ? There is too much work involved to just
toss it in the trashcan, which is what I would like to do. Thanks in advance
!
