There is also Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church 1833-, that came out of
the Lower Ten Mile Presbyterian church.

The is a publication that has:
A Brief History of Ten Mile Village page 24-29

The publication is The 140th Anniversary History of The Pleasant Hill
Presbyterian Church 1833-1973 by Rev. Fred Cochran 1973.

I copied only portions of this publication and do not find Pettigrew in
the portions I have. The original I found at the Son's of the Revelution
in Lousiville KY, you may be able to get the librarian there to check the
document. The SAR has an online catalog.
