I am seeking information about Samuel COCHRAN described in an 1833
Morgan County, Ohio deed as being "of Donnegall Township in the county of
Washington and state of Pennsylvania". Samuel sold this land to my gt gt
grandfather John Lowrey COCHRAN "of the Town of Zanesville in the state of
Ohio".
There is no wife listed suggesting that Samuel was either a widower or
single. He had purchased the land in 1831.
If am attempting to determine who Samuel was and if the two men were
related. I have one list of the siblings of John Lowrey Cochran which does
not contain the name Samuel.
