Carol,

I believe I've identified two of the students listed in the West
Bethlehem Twp. grade school booklet (reference your 7 Nov posting on the
Washington County genealogy list).

The pupil listed as Vernon Young is probably Isaac Vernon Young, son of
William Young and Maude Gayman. He was born in 1897 or 1898, and died in
1968.

The pubil listed as Edna Young is probably Vernon's first cousin, Edna
Sarah Young, daughter of John Patterson Young and Mary Adella Weaver.
She was born in 1896 and died in 1972.

Both Vernon and Edna are grandchildren of John Young and Lydia Gayman,
and great-grandchildren of Abraham Young and Hannah Rose.
