Clyde W. Reese Sr.

37-year employee of McGuffey School District

Clyde W. Reese Sr., 67, of Claysville, died unexpectedly at 10:30 a.m.
Friday, November 15, 2002, in his home.

He was born September 30, 1935, in West Finley, a son of Ross Edward and
Sylvia Leotha Sprowls Reese.

Mr. Reese was a 1953 graduate of West Alexander High School.

He was employed by McGuffey School District for 37 years, prior to retiring
in 1997 as maintenance supervisor.

Mr. Reese enjoyed the outdoors, including bird-watching and hunting.

On September 30, 1964, he married Jane Moore, who survives.

Also surviving are a son, Clyde W. (Bill) Reese Jr. of West Finley; a
daughter, Rebecca Reese Waugh of Claysville; two brothers, Wayne E. and
Donald E. Reese, both of West Finley; and a sister, Faye Foflygen of West
Finley.

A son, Ross (Eddie) Reese, is deceased.


REESE - Friends of Clyde W. Reese Sr. of Claysville, who died Friday,
November 15, 2002, will be received from 3 to 9 p.m. Sunday in Rush Funeral
Home Inc., Rogersville, where private services will be held Monday, November
18. Interment will be in Claysville Cemetery.
