Do you know?

Apparently Jane Wyman married twice. Her second husband was Ronald Reagan.
Nancy was Ronald's second wife. My great uncle was Ronald Reagan's neighbor
and grocer. I have a 1962 picture of Ronald standing one or two foot taller
than my short Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania, grandmother and grandfather.
Ronald has no shirt on and is wearing only a pair of white shorts and has a
nice tan. In the background you can see his farm and fence to his farm and
a 1953 ford station wagon in a garage. He was said to ride around in an old
army jeep to tend to his farm. This picture was taken about the time he was
getting into politics and became governor of CA. Ron did star in the movie
"Bedtime for Bonzo" as another Jungle Jim actor. Later when Ron was
president I showed the picture to a navy man and told him here was a
picture of his commander in chief. He first thought I was joking, then
realized I wasn't. Some of the politicians in town wanted a copy of the
picture to show around. Nancy and my grandmother both believed that numbers
controlled your destiny. I was wondering whether my old grandmother ever
got to talk to Nancy when she was out visiting her brother in CA that year
and passed on this old superstition.
