I am so happy that several of you found family in the Waynesburg College info on my site. I've gotten such a response from the earlier Parkinson email that I thought I ought to send a thank you and a more proper invitation.

The web site is at www.greeneconnections.com and is based on Greene County, PA and all connected families - meaning pretty much anybody who passed through Greene County long enough to leave an impact and/or their relatives.

The site is under much construction as I have tons of data to add, but the main feature of the site is the Waynesburg College Alumni Collection which features the first 75 graduating classes of the college 1852-1926. I'm trying to develop a page for every graduate with photos & bio information as well as links to graves, other family members, etc.

There are many Washington County connections among the early graduates so please have a look. The best way to search the site is to visit the name index. You can go straight to www.greeneconnections.com and then click on general index. From there you can search by last name (maiden names for women). Just click on the icons by their names to see their information.

Thank you so much to those of you who visited and sent your feedback - I appreciate any constructive criticism, ideas or contributions and I love hearing from those of you who found family members. I have had a lot of fun reuniting these classmates and I'm glad it is being useful. Please check back in a couple of weeks because I am going to work on posting more matriculation cards - they are full of excellent genealogy data filled-in by the graduates themselves or their immediate family.

Sincerely,
Candice
