If memory serves me correctly, Ohio was not an official state until
about 1803, thus the reference could have been in that days. PA, but
today's Ohio. It would sound more to be VA, due to boundary disputes
between PA and VA, but one never knows, Even today's people are bad on
Geography of their own country, let alone in the early days of formation
of our country.
