Dear Fred......
Sad as it sounds, so are we.... We had no snow, no rain ... no moisture of
any kind for 74 days straight. FINALLY got some rain but it is not near
enough. Driving over the Missouri River (not a small stream if you are not
used to US geography) and their are dry spots in it. The water treatment
plants are starting to have trouble because some of their intake pipes are
now above the water level.

Now heat on the other hand is not a problem... with the occaional 16* F wind
chill........
