To Kathy b and others:

I had a copy of Florence Clint's Westmoreland County, "Key". Under Wills
Office, she says that wills are available from 1773 on, but with regard to
Probate Packets & Files: "(they say not open to public)". That' s apparently
where I got the idea that I couldn't get to these kind of records. But, with
all the information you guys responded with, I'm just gonna send Mr. Keim a
check for $5.00, a self-addressed stamped envelope, and tell him to send me
the will (for which I have the cite), and for the "Complete Probated Record",
as was suggested.
