My Jane Thompson was born 1822 in Pennsylvania. I believe that her father was
John Thompson who was born in Maryland married to Annie Nelson. They settled
in Pa. and had a number of children including a John, Nelson, William,
Evaline, Mary Ann and Susannah. Does any of this sound familiar? They all
lived in the Stahlstown/Ligonier area.
