Loretta T. Niebel Becker, 92, died Saturday, Aug. 5, 2000, in UPMC St.
Margaret, near Aspinwall. Born Sept. 12, 1907, in Pittsburgh, she was the
daughter of the late Anton and Elizabeth Simon. Survivors include a daughter,
Dorothy Blobner of Hampton; In addition to her parents, she was preceded in
death by two husbands, Harry H. Niebel and Ehrhardt Becker; and a daughter,

Mary R. Fedele, 87, a resident of John the XXIII Home in Hermitage, formerly
of Greensburg, died Friday, Aug. 4, 2000, in the Sharon Regional Health
System, Sharon. She was born March 8, 1913, in Altoona, a daughter of the
late Nicholas and Nicoletta DeMarino Nicastro. She was a beautician, and the
owner and operator of Marie's Beauty Salon in Greensburg for 40 years. She
was a member of the Blessed Sacrament Cathedral and its Rosary Confraternity,
and the Catholic Daughters of the Americas Court Seton 306. In addition to
her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Fedele; a
brother, Carmen Nicastro; and a sister, Albina Ciarimboli. Surviving
relatives include a son, Dennis Fedele and wife, Madeline, of Warren, Ohio; a
daughter, Jane Hayes and husband, Frank, of Traverse City, Mich.; Relatives

Frances Wojciechowski. She was raised from infancy by the late Jane and
Joseph Treder. Survivors include three sons, Robert M. Gelik of Peckville,
Raymond A. Gelik of Shaler and Roger B. Gelik of West View; two sisters,
Victoria Ramski of Kansas and Cecelia Gazica of Pittsburgh; a brother,
Bernard Wojciechowski of Sharpsburg; In addition to her parents, she was
preceded in death by her husband, Raymond C. Gelik; two sisters, Agnes Kims
and Sophia Upval; and a brother, Anthony Wallace. Friends will be received

Virginia A. Boles Guardino died Friday, Aug. 4, 2000. Mrs. Guardino was a
Navy veteran of World War II, having served in the Pentagon. Survivors

of Irwin, Joanne Cricks of Sarver, Donna Jean Kowach and Nancy Jean Regan,
both of Lawrenceville, and Anna Marie Mayhew; two sons, Daniel J. Guardino of

Colledge and Dorothy Sabo, both of Cheswick; She was preceded in death by
two sisters, Corrine Oblich and Geraldine Unferdorfer; and a brother, Harry

Rebekah A. Marsh Guest, 96, of Fourth Avenue, Scottdale, passed away Saturday
morning, Aug. 5, 2000, at her residence. Rebekah was born Sept. 11, 1903, in
East Huntingdon Township, a daughter of the late John R. and Minnie Etta Mae
Graft Marsh, who passed away in 1929 and 1912, respectively. She was the
last surviving member of the Marsh family. . In addition to her parents,
Rebekah was preceded in death by her husband, William Guest, in 1966; her two
daughters, Zelma Lowery, on May 3, 1999, and Nancy Jane Guest, on Jan. 20,
1996; her great-grandson, Richard E. Eberhart III, on July 5, 1976; her
stepmother who raised her, Edith M. Wells in 1988; and her two brothers,

by her stepfather, Joe ``Bucky'' Soforic; and a sister, Irene ``Rene''
Kammerer. She is survived by a daughter, Connie M. and husband, Blue
Zimmerman; a brother, Joseph ``Bud'' Soforic and wife, Audrey, of Mt.

was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Yuscanitch Mehalic; an infant son; a
