Dear Family:

I've scanned the Stauffer Coat of Arms from the label of the Stauffer
Winery in Germany. It fits in with the family history we already generally
know. Since the Stauffer surname came from the person who tasted and
maintained the wine it conveys that message very well. I am unsure of the 6
diamond shaped chevrons in the lower right - it doesn't show well on the
scan but actual crest does show them as separate facets and not a six
pointed star.
