Will of Peter Newswander
1877


I Peter Newswander of the Township of Burness in the County of Westmoreland
and State of Penng. Do make and publish this my last will and Testament in
manner and form following that is to say First It is my will that my just
debts and funeral expenses be first and fully paid, as soon after my
decease s my be convenient.
Second, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Elizabeth Newswander all my
property oral personal and mixed of whatsoever kind and whomsoever found
after the payment of my debts and funeral expenses to have and to hold and
to dispose of as she may think proper for the maintainance and schooling
and care of my children my wife Elizabeth is to have the entire control of
all my estate oral and personal immediately after my decease. And last I
herby constitute and appoint my neighbor Isaac Irwin to be the Executor of
this my last Will and Testament.

In witness whom of I have hereunto set my hand and seal the twenty seventh
day of March A.D. 1877.

Signed sealed published and declared by the above named Peter Newswander as
and for this last Will and Testament in presence us who at his request have
signed as witnesses to the same . Attest Eli Sheam Isaac Irwin

April 13, 1877 Legally proved and approved same day recorded and Letters
Testy granted to the witness named Executer who was sworn before me. N B
Snodgrass Register.
