Is anyone researching the name James McCrea? He would have served in Company
B, 56th Regiment, PA Volunteers. I have a copy of a letter written by James
to Mrs. Eleanor Gordon, informing her of the death of her son Lt. J.D. Gordon
at the Battle of Gettysburg. He also mentions John Kelley, Lt. Cunningham,
A. S. Black, Henry O'Neil, and a J. Crusan.
I'd be happy to share it with you.
