YesIncrease Billings and Phoebe Stark had Phoebe who was born 26 May l761;
died l2July l843;bur Hollenbeck Cemetery, WilkesBarre,Pa. She married
George Cooper Sr who fought in the Wyoming Massacre, name is inscribed on
the monument in FortyFort, Pa. He was born l753; died ll Nov l824; he also
in Hollenbeck Cemetery. They had George Cooper Jr b. 9 Feb l794at Pittston
Twp, Pa. died 20July l880 at Princess Anne, Md. He married Jerusha Melinda
Stark b. 7 Dec l805 and d.29 Nov l900 at SteeltonPa..they m. ll Jan
l834...their children: John Draper Cooper, who m. Sarah Eliz. Price.,my
great grandparents.
