Dixon is only 40 miles at best from the area of Hazleton and it was common for the siblings to move a short distance away from their families when they settled here. The Serafin I referenced may have been a brother. I get to the Hazleton Library frequently. If you have a town or location I'll take a look at the different census records next time I'm there.
