Chester was the son of Thomas and Polly (Osborn) Grist. (My ancestry is the Osborn line).

If anyone knows any historians in the Lovelton, PA area, please let me know. I'm looking for information on the Chester & Amanda Grist family in Lovelton around 1845-1862. Chester Grist was once the postmaster of North Branch Township.
