What information are you looking for? I have the descendants and ancestors
of Elisha Armstrong and Elizabeth Russell.

While studying the Armstrong family of the same region, it was discovered
that Elisha Armstrong's wife was Elizabeth Russell. From the census I have
seen, they may have also named a son Russel. Both Elisha and Elizabeth are
noted as being born in NY. They have been found in both Luzerne and Wyoming
Co. census. Wyoming was made from part of Luzerne in 1842.
