Thanks for your post. I think that I can help with the mentioned names as follows:

I am somewhat confused about John;s Father being Benjamin in Fawn Township. I think that John had a sister Angeline who lived with, but I'm not sure married Abraham Alimony.
At any rate, attached is the information that I have on the John Tompkins family. I'm certainly willing to share the GEDCOM file with you. My wife is related to all of the Tomkins clan with a maiden name of Thompson. Before she died I had the pleasure of talking with a few persons on your list.

John was a Civil War veteran. Grave next to Zeke was J. Tompkins Co. I. 166th PA Inf. John was married by the Rev. R. Scott Norris in Hopewell Twp, York Co. PA January of 1855

The US Census for 1850, Harford County MD Roll 294, M432 page 21 shows:
John Tompkins Age 17 Born in MD, working as a Laborer at the farm of Abraham Almony. The US Census for 1860, Harford County MD Roll 476, M653 page 521 shows:John Tompkins Age 26 Born in PA Mary Wife 28 " Paul Son 4 Ezekiel Son 3
John Son month (June 1860) Born in MD John enlisted in the Union Army 10-Nov-1862 in York, PA. He enlisted for 9 months of service
and was discharged 28-July 1863 at Harrisburg, PA. John contracted typhoid fever and died August 20, 1863, less than one month after being discharged from the Union Army. John was 5'11", fair complexion, blue eyes, and dark hair noted on his discharge papers from the Army.
Mary Zeigler is the daughter of Jeremiah Zeigler and Elizabeth Carman. She was born 1832 in
Hopewell Twp., York Co, PA.

Mary Zeigler, married John Tompkins in Jan 1855 in Stewartstown, Hopewell Township, York Co,
PA. Mary moved with her daughter Elizabeth and son Paul to live with her brothers George and
Adam Zeigler in Alliance, Stark County, Ohio. on March 2, 1872, applied for a pension of $8.00
per month. She re-married David Hartzel in July of 1880. David died in July of 1883 in the state of
Indiana. Mary later remarried Samuel Cady. They moved to Waterloo, Linn County, Oregon.
They lived in Orgeron in 1895. On May 18, 1905 again filed for pension after the death of her
husband Samuel.

Mrs Tompkins Dies from Complications at Stewartstown
Stewartstown, April 20, Mrs Lillie A. Tompkins wife of Ezekiel Tompkins died at 7:30 o'clock this
morning at her residence on South Main Street from complications and paralysis. Mrs. Tompkins
had been in ill health and been bedfast since her first paralysis stroke abouth ten months ago and
had the last stroke the past few days. 64 years 8 months survived by Ezekiel and five daughters
Mrs. August Winemiller, Mrs. Walter Kurtz, Mrs Jennie Wolf, Mrs. Clyde Markel and Mrs. Charles
Schlag, brother Grant Kohler, Hopewell Twp, and one sister Mrs. Samuel Yingling, and one half
sister Savilla Fulton. The funeral will be held at 10 o'clock, Saturday at Stewartstown Cemetery.
Ezekiel H. Tompkins and Lilly Ann Kohler. They were married 1878 in Stewartstown, PA. They
had 5 children.
i. Pearl Mina Tompkins. She was born on 07 Aug 1885. She married Augustus B.
Winemiller. They were married on 28 Sep 1904 in Shrewsbury, York Co, PA [1].
She died 1958. Burial in Stewartstown Cem, Hopewell Twp., York Co, PA.

finally, Grace Elwein. Grover C. Thompson was a retired employee of York Railways Company.
He died at age 55, after a four week illness. He lived at 117 Orange Street, Wrightsville, PA.
The York County Dispatch - 6-Jan 1949 Obituary reads:
" A son of the late James and Elizabeth Thompson, he was a member of Grace EUB
church and the Young Men's Bible class of the Sunday School. He was affiliated with Royal Fire
Company, York and Wrightsville Fire Company. Grover was survived by a son, Rev. Curvin L.
Thompson of Boonsboro, two grand grandchildren,; two brothers Jay Archie Thompson of York,
Raymond Thompson of Stewartstown, four sisters; Mrs. Bertie Whay of York, Mrs George Shue
of Dallastown, Mrs. Harvey Emig of Stewartstown, and Mrs Charles Hamilton of Stewartstown.
