Terry, I did a google search for the Norwalk Reflector and found an address
to write to: Norwalk Reflector, P.O. Box 71, Norwalk, Ohio 44857. There
was also a
> website address:> _http://www.norwalkreflector.com_
(http://www.norwalkreflector.com)

I subscribe to Newpaper archive.com and they have the Norwalk Reflector . I
did a search and came up with quite a few Pease hits. I'll sort through them
and see if I can find anything. The first one that popped up was in the
Huron Reflector of Norwalk, OH Jun 18, 1833. It was a schedule of
steamboat arrivals " Steamboat Superior, Pease [captain most likely] from
Buffalo-cleared same day for Detroit" There were a few schedules in other
editions mentioning this same boat and Captain Pease

In the Jun 07, 1853 edition of the Huron Reflector:
"Messrs M. H. and D. H. Pease have just opened a new Book and Drug Store in
the building lately occupied by Mr. Crosby as a book store. Give them a
call."

Then an ad in the Aug 19, 1862 edition of the Norwalk Reflector:
"Fruit Jars. A full supply of every size and variety just received. D.H.
Pease"
Dec 15, 1863 Another Ad (this one is hard to read-some of the words are
hidden in a "fold" of the newspaper when it was scanned:
D. H. Pease-Druggist, dealer in Paints, Oils, Glass and Miscellaneous and
Blank Books Stationary, Fancy Goods, Toys and Yankee ???? and Ambrotype
Stock, No.1, Whitteney Block, [corner?] of Main and Mechanic Streets,
Norwalk, Ohio

No marriages or deaths before 1900 anyway. I'll look up later editions
Rick in Taunton, MA
