I have an ancestor, Ambrose Peake, whose daughter, named Tryphena (also found as Typhena) married John Mayhew in 1865 . The 1891 census suggests he was born in England about 1836.
You give no dates in your message, but I wonder if there is any connection.

Zechariah Mayhew from Clyde River, P.E.I area his children being:Eliza, Edwin or Edward, Emma, John, Maria, Zechariah, Robert and George Mayhew of Margate, P.E.I area.George's children being Waldo, Percy, Wellington, Tweedie, Celia, James & Zachariah. Also the McKenzie's from Baltic P.E.I. area.Kenneth's children being: Inez, George, Elizabeth, Cecil, Alexander & Falconer. Any Connections?
