I don't know what this reference says in its entirety, but the Pennsylvania
"Colonial Records" has something on Gottfried RIECH in Vol. 3, page 520.

The "Colonial Records" is the part of the Pennyslvania Archives dating from the
founding of Pennsylvania to about 1780's.
