Good for you, Larry! Quite a lot of PAGermans were in Switzerland before
going down to what is now "Germany" and then emigrating to America in the
170o's.

Just so everyone knows - the early German names that ended in "i" were from
Switzerland. My WERI ancestors became, WERY, became, WEHRY, became WEARY,
etc. All PA.
