I'm looking for a Richard Ernest Pennington. I was hoping someone in =
your group may know how I can find him. I have been looking for a long =
time with no luck. If it will help here the information I have: He was =
born in November around 1942 or 46. He was born in Topeka,Kansas and I =
think his parents was from Arkansas. He may still or possibly was at one =
