<snip message to save bandwidth - it's been posted 3 times!>

Dear Peggy:

Just a note of encouragement and some suggestions.

We've seen your message 3 times in the past week. While I encourage you
to not give up in your search for information, please don't take a lack
of response to mean that your message was not seen by the right person
or not seen at all. The list membership is large AND comes in digest
form so responses may take a while. Also, it could be that someone with
the information you're looking for is not subscribed to the list. I've
found that frustrating myself, at first - wondering "why hasn't this
wealth of Pennington knowledge verified MY Penningtons? I KNOW they
exist, why doesn't anyone else?" I then came to the realisation that I
alone was researching this branch. It was up to me to find where they
fit into researched lines & such. And also that I must look at other
avenues for information to find the long lost clues I've needed.

Keep looking for your clues. Go to the library, check government
records, think creatively on other sources of information, etc. When
you discover more clues, post those. But remember, posting the same
information over & over every few days won't give you answers that
aren't there yet. If people have information to share, they will.

Patience is the key.

Good Luck.
