Melinda,
I called to order the CD's and was told the LDS is not charging extra
for s/h. I ordered the British CD for $15, my credit card was billed
$15.90 (tax). This one is also on back order and the operator could
not give me any date for the CD, but she did say I WOULD get it
sooner or later.
