Katherine, you must have missed my long, ecstatic scream last year, when I
found "Simeon and Betsey" named as Silas' parents on his death record. That
was the day I learned that it wasn't particularly unusual to shed a few tears
at the end of a long search. Tom Pennington on this list calls me "Lucky
Linda" to this day, he is still trying to document Wilson as one of Simeon's
children, and has searched much, much longer than I did, bless his fortitude.
