Carolyn and Pennington Cousins,

I apologize. This has been one week. With Mr. Pennington passing on
Monday and family coming in. The funeral was Thursday and helping Eddie
with the arrangements, I haven't had the opporunity to thank you for
your well wishes.

Yes, Mr. Pennington enjoyed all the well wishes each of you sent. He
was surprise to know that there are people out there that do care. Mr.
Pennington was "with" us until the day he passed away.

Thank you again for your prayers. The Pennington family will always
have a special place in our hearts.
