Dear Cousins,

So far I have been unable to connect with any Pennington group. My
Pennington's came from PA. The oldest relative is believed to be John Henry
Pennington who married Elizabeth Bostwick?. The oldest proven relative is
their son James Everett Pennington, b 9-22-1862 d. 2-22-1936 James married
Emma Catherine Seifert. They had two boys: Claud and Porter. Claud Everett
Pennington was my grandfather, b 4-26-1884. I have put out this much
information before, with no success.

Recently I found the newspaper write up of my grandparent's wedding, which
took place July, 1906. In the write up, it mentions that Mrs. William
Pennington of Hummelson, PA attended the wedding. Obviously this is some
relative. My great grandfather James, must have had brothers or at the very
least, uncles. So if anyone has Pennington relatives who lived in Hummelson,
PA at the turn of the century, please contact me. Thank you so much for your
time.
