I am still trying to tie my line deeper into Group 8 of Old Ninety-Six
Disctrict, SC.

In the abstracts of Old 96 and Abbeville Dist. Wills and Bonds, box 109,
pack 3061, July 22 1784, "Levi
Casey, Charles King, Henry White are bound unto John Thomas Order Dist. sum
2000 lbs. Levi Casey
made guardian of Ruth, Jacob, and Naomi Pennington, minors." WHAT ESTATE
WAS THIS
GUARDIANSHIP ATTACHED TO? DOES ANYONE KNOW? One possibility might be John

CANNON, father of Mary CANNON PENNINGTON.

Searching for more information on John (b. circa 1760s), Elizabeth,
Delilah, Ruth, Jacob, and Naomi
PENNINGTON & confirmation that their parents are Jacob and Mary CANNON
PENNINGTON.
Any ideas who Elizabeth, Delilah, Ruth and Jacob PENNINTON married? Naomi,
born 1 Jan 1772,
wed John Wesley Power ca 1790. John PENNINGTON married Sarah/Sally
MOSS/MORSE,
daughter of Ebenezer MORSE & Agnes SPILLER.

Have new information to share on Sarah/Sally MOSS/MORSE PENNINGTON if any
of you are
working on Jacob PENNINGTON'S line.
