CiCi, Census indexes only list head of households - Did a search for your on a
data base for PA census 1790 - 1870 using soundex for last name - searched each
of the first names and this is
what I came up with. Repetition of given county might give you a clue. Also
since you said born in 1850 figured they would not be a head of household until
the 1870. Listing the earlier years might give you a clue for the father or
grandfather. If you take this to a library that has census micro-film, it should
save you a lot of time since the page #'s are included you'll know right where to
look. And find the rest of the family members.
