Hi CiCi- I can't find a Sammual in PA but there are several Samuel or
Samuels. Visit the RootsWeb Resource page for Pennsylvania Counties at:
http://resources.rootsweb.com/USA/PA.html

On this page there is a town/county locator. Type in Samuel and you will
find several possible towns and the counties they are located in.
