Sorry, can't find Charles in the 1900 census in York, Lower Windsor.

They are in same town and county as 1910 but 1900 gives no street address. Ed. is 140 sheet 4.
This is not the same family as below but may be related. I'll continue to look for Charles and Vergie.
William S. head 45, born Jul 1864, married 27 years, parents & self born in PA, grocery, owns own home with a mortgage, can read & write, speaks english.
Matilda, wife, 46, born Sept. 1863, marrried 27 years, parents & self born PA, one child born and alive, can read and write, speaks english

Charles, head, 22 born June 1877, married 2 years, parents& self born in PA, Occ. Printing, can read & write, speaks english
Emma L., wife, 32, born Sept, 1868, married 2 years, one child born and alive, parents & self born in PA, can read & write, speaks english.
Ruth J., dau, 1, born Sept, 1898, born PA

Looks like the address is Wrightsville and Chanceford Pikes
Charles is Head, 56, married for 28 years, Charles and parents born in PA. Occ. Farmer on home farm, can read and write, speaks English
Virgie G. Wife, 48, married for 28 years, had 7 children of which 6 are living. Parents and self born in PA. can read and write, speaks English.
Mary E. Dau, 27 single, born PA, cigar maker working at home for wages, can read and write, speaks English
Ella M. Dau, 25, single, born PA, cigar maker working at home for wages, can read and write, speaks English
George G, son, 16, born PA, working as farm labor on home farm can read and write, attended school during the year.
Benjamin F. son, 15, (same as George)
Living next door....
Lewis Flory, head, 48 married 20 years, born in PA, parent same, Farmer on home farm, can read & write, speaks English.
Caroline, wife, 39, married 20 years, has bore no children, parents and self born in PA can read and write, speaks english.
