Hi Bill,
Well, this is something to think about.
I think the William Penny born in 1751 could be my guy, since he had a
daughter who married in 1796. Where did you find his birth date?
Where in Pennsylvania did they come from? Do you know when and where he
married Elizabeth? I'd like to look in those
areas for more details, since I live near a fairly good library.
