Hi all,

I am hoping that I am not one of the lazy respondents.
Unfortunately my work takes me away from home for extended
periods and it is sometimes several weeks before I can reply
to emails that are sent to me.

I don't think I have missed anyone out altogether, but if
someone is still waiting for me to respond please write
again. I shall be home in London for a few weeks now.

Best wishes to all and thanks for making this a very
worthwile list.
