Ila , I have looked into a many of the Scrimgeours from Crieff . They are
not all related but the William you mentioned ( b. circa 1834 ) was probably
descended from David S b. Fowlis Wester , March 1765 . One of the Scrimgeours
lived in Burrell Square here in Crieff next door to where my son now lives
!
