Ken,

I have a cousin William Powrie who lives in North Vancouver...small world.
Doubt if this is the right family.

Lawson, Stewart 9 Ans Dundee 7,75

Only Lowson in Longforgan, none in Kinnaird, Kilspindie, or Kinfauns. I would
suggest writing Tay Valley and have them search their 16,000 plus surname
index to their pedigree file library. You should also sent one! We all should.
They also have a member surname interest fiche that is sent to all new members.
They and the other volunteer agencies deserve our support as well as are the
best place to start with general research. Don't forget to check the other
however. Aberdeen (and the NE Scotland) center was the first in Scotland and has a
library with info from Perth and Angus.
