Happy holidays friends,

Need help with two things;

1. I need address in PA to order death cert (I have the date) and price.

2. A cousin of mine in Phila. wants to find the marriage and divorce info on
his fathers 1st wife (he is 50 yrs old so date would be before 1947). Where do
I direct him to go to research it in your city. He only has "sketchy" info on
the woman. Would he go to the Vital records or can he look up a marriage index
at one of your history centers? Appreciate your help - he has never done
research before.
