What is Scrapple?
to begin with it is a Pennsylvania Dutch (aka German) product

I think the best way to desribe Scrapple is a spicy pork product made of
several parts of the pig only the maker and God want to know. It is served
boiled into a paste type consistency - spiced with pepper and various other
things. Put into a block- frozen and when served, sliced and fried in a
very hot pan till golden brown on both sides.

Once served it looks hard but when sliced is soft inside. Sometimes it is
dredged in flour
Some people eat it by itself some eat with ketchup and some eat it with
maple syrup

It has to be tried at least once in every ones life time :o)
