It is interesting that you say this about the tombstones being used in
the frankford creek flood control project. As a boy living in that area
I actually saw lots of stones right on the bank of the river where the
new Frankford creek entered the Delaware. This would have to be around
1960 that I saw these stones. They were very old. You know, people that
had died like in the 1860's and such. I wonder if the stones I saw were
from this cemetery?
