Subject: [PHILLY-ROOTS-L] non Phila question re naturalization

Does anyone know where/how to research a naturalization that occurred in
Washington D.C. in 1941? By that time would they have all been done in a
Federal court or were there still local courts to be considered? I looked
in the Family History Catalog under various topics but nothing shows up that
is obvious.
