I have been watching the activity on a New York City mailing list for a few days
now, and there is a interesting conversation going on about ancestry, which made
me realize how mad I am too.
Ancestry started out saying that subscribers needed to get the images online for
the lower price back before Christmas, and that the index for 1920 would be
completed be Jan 2001.
Well, now it's April and they aren't even finished scanning Philly yet!
I have called several times and all I get is it's almost done.
I just sent them a rather irate email describing how feed up I am with this and
how they are lying to faithful customers.
if you also paid for this, maybe you should contact them too. maybe they should
know how many are upset with them.
