Hello I'm new to this list.
I have just learned that my gggrandmother MARY DILLETT [sp?] WILLS was born
in Pennsylvania. She married a George Wills [both said to be born about
1810] of Burlington Co NJ and they had 5-6 sons and 2 daughters, one of
whom, Martha Jane Wills ,b. 1844-46 NJ, became
my Ggrandmother. [Mrs. Malcolm McMullen]
McMullens'1st child , my grand mom, was born in NJ.[Burlington Co] but I
have a picture of
Mary Dillett Wills [abt 1885 I think] made in a Philadelphia studio.
Possible that George Wills had died and Mary his widow went back to Philly
Roots?
Any information on Dilett [or similar spelling] family in this area will be
most welcome.
