I need help doing a search for birth records for Frank D. Cuttler. He was
supposed to have been born in 1872 to Charles Cuttler and Pheobe Maison. It
is said place of birth was Susquehanna. I have been searching soundex census
films and find no history of the family so far. Birth records were not kept
at that time. I am at a complete brick wall the information on the names of
his parents and place of birth appears to be in Franks handwriting as per his
signature. I cannot get to Susquehanna myself so if any one has an idea I
would love to hear it. Thank you Elaine S
