Does anyone have any entry at all for Walter Hebbard DeROUSSE? He
lived in PA, and at least had Philadelphia roots, but I cannot say
much about the man. He is one that I would like to track down to
see if he had family.

What time period? Well, he registered for WWI at New Castle, Delaware
Registration location #4, according to Rootsweb.

So if you can find him in the 1920 census (yeah, right!) which is
doubtless very tough, or if you know of some other database that you
can find him in, it would be just marvelous.
